The National Capital 20 Miler is pleased to offer complimentary race entry for qualified runners based on past performances. Complimentary race entries are limited and are approved on a first come first served basis.
Complimentary entries are not offered for the Janet Braunstein 5 Miler. All 5 Miler participants should formally register for the event.

Application Process
Athletes who have met one of these standards within two years of the current event date should complete the Elite Entry Application for consideration.
The application deadline for the 2022 National Capital 20 Miler is September 17, 2022.
Entries are limited to two male runners and two female runners on a first come first served basis.
